Join us for the Harvest Weekend! Demonstrations of corn harvesting using antique equipment. Demos in the granary, hit and miss engines and blacksmith shop. There will also be demos of flax spinning (Mary Heald) and weaving (Kendra Durant). Let the kids visit the animals, take a ride on Thomas the Train. Stagecoach and hayrides available for the whole family. Kids can learn how to make a corn husk doll, paint a pumpkin, find treasure in the corn box and play pumpkin tic tac toe. Book signings with Celine Paquette (History of Champlain) on Saturday and Anastasia Pratt (County Historian) on Sunday. Bring your own lunch or purchase hotdog, chips and beverage on site. Enjoy our picnic area.$1.00 off admission if you bring a nonperishable item for the Interfaith Foodshelf.
