Walk where Underground Railroad abolitionists and Freedom Seekers walked, worked and engaged in their Underground railroad activities. Learn about Albany’s movers and shakers who worked together to abolish the institution of slavery, both in New York State and beyond. This engaging 90 minute walking tour around downtown Albany starts and ends at the Albany Visitors Center. Tour presented by the Underground Railroad History Project of the Capital Region, Inc.
