Details

Developed in 1902 by realtor Lewis H. Pounds, Ditmas Park features two-story homes, many in the Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival and bungalow styles. The district includes one of the best rows of Craftsman bungalows on the East Coast. Deep lawns and sidewalk malls with plantings complete the suburban feel of the neighborhood.
