Details

Ganondagan State Historic Site stands at the location of what was one of the 17th century`s largest and most vital Seneca towns. The Seneca refer to Ganondagan as the Town of Peace. Visitors are welcome year-round to explore the 17,300 square foot Seneca Art & Culture Center featuring an interactive, multi-media Exhibit Gallery, Orientation Theater, Auditorium, Catering Kitchen, and Gift Shop. From May 1-October 31, visitors can tour the site's full-size replica of a Seneca Bark Longhouse and walk miles of self-guided, marked trails.
