Details

Founded in 1939, the Greater Oneonta Historical Society, formerly the Upper Susquehanna Historical Society, promotes Oneonta`s past and future by providing stimulating educational experiences based on authentic objects, stories, and events associated with the area`s history and traditions. With the help of its diverse collections, including farm equipment, portraits, photographs, clothing, and other historical artifacts, the society shares local and regional history through engaging programs and exhibitions.
